* Often, trainees don't consider the amount of work required to achieve their goals.

* You will need to understand the differences across the myriad of training options.

To completely side-step the industry jargon, and reveal the most viable option for your success, have an in-depth discussion with an experienced professional; someone who appreciates and can explain the commercial realities as well as the accreditations.

Most trainers typically provide a big box of books. This can be very boring and not ideal for achieving retention. If we're able to involve all our senses in the learning process, our results will often be quite spectacular.

Fully interactive motion videos utilising video demo's and practice lab's will beat books every time. And you'll actually enjoy doing them. Make sure to obtain a training material demonstration from any training college. The package should contain instructor videos, demonstrations, slide-shows and fully interactive skills-lab's.

It's usually bad advice to choose training that is only available online. Connection quality and reliability varies hugely across your average broadband company, you should always obtain disc based courseware (On CD or DVD).
